# Disclaimer

**Roleplay Standards**\
\
We expect a high level of roleplaying standards while playing here at **Foundation Roleplay** and we expect following the rules and guidelines listed within this document to the best of your ability. A lack of proper roleplay will cause punishments to be given out.\
\
Not all rules can be outlined, but you should always approach your roleplay with common sense. The aim should be for both parties to have an enjoyable time while playing **Foundation Roleplay.**

LEAVING THE DISCORD: 

**If you leave the discord, you will lose your roles! Foundation or Foundation Staff is NOT responsible for you leaving the discord on your own!**

**Punishments**\
\
By joining the server you will agree to all the rules listed within this document. Members of the **Staff Team** reserve the right to **warn, fine, jail, kick or ban** you if you are caught in violation of these rules. \
\
If a rule is broken, we issue a punishment to the account that the rule violation occurred through, regardless of shared or borrowed accounts; not doing so would defeat the purpose of issuing punishments in the first place. The account owner is responsible for their account.

**PLAYER REPORTS**

These can be posted to admins on Discord from the #create-a-ticket channel. Players must include a 1 minute clip or longer on the situation or infraction of rules.

**Staff will actively enforce community rules and guidelines without reports.**

**Players can use /report \[message] to report players who are breaking TOS rules ingame as well, external evidence with discord tickets will need to be submitted for any player reports!**
