Can A Non-Admin Citizen Host An Event?

Events can and will be hosted by players within the city with the requirement of these few things:

• The player is well-known and has a good relationship with the city and its people

• The event is usable with the servers already present resources (no added scripts the server doesn’t have)

• The event is reasonable & isn’t too chaotic

• Assisted by a senior admin
