Write-Ups

Write-up(s) can be given out by the captain rank and higher. Write-ups will be wiped from the record 30 days subsequent to the offense. Depending on the severity of the offense, certain privileges may be temporarily revoked. Private conversation with a supervisor is required before write up(s) can be given.
