LSPD/LSCSO Code of Conduct - Handbook

It is the responsibility of the police force to keep the inhabitants of the city safe at all times. Responsible for appropriately enforcing all aspects of the Penal Code. Maintaining a strong relationship between LEO and the general public is your responsibility. In charge of handling all circumstances and problems in a professional manner. Responsible for completing operations effectively while maintaining a safe atmosphere. Responsible for successfully conducting missions while ensuring the safety of all persons involved. Responsible for aiding all citizens, regardless of their background, in their time of need. In charge of performing the tasks of a LEO as outlined in all department papers.

Rank Responsibilities:

LSPD / LSCSO Personnel (Callsign Ex: R-98)

  • Learn all aspects of the department, including documents and patrols.

  • Successfully join and participate in trainings, in or out of rp.

  • Try to do your best and improve at all times, prove that you want to succeed.

  • Always listen to your higher ranks advice and constructive criticism.

  • Report any issues or concerns to a Corporal, who can then pass it to a supervisor.

  • Follow all rules and regulations of the department at all times.

  • Ask as many questions as possible to avoid confusion or misconception.

  • Strive to do well in and out of RP to show higher ranks that you deserve promotion.

Knowledge and Duties Required of ALL Ranks:

  • All statutes specified in the Police Penal Code should be known, understood, and enforced.

  • Be able to operate a CAD system correctly and know how to use it successfully.

  • Be able to operate and speak into a radio system successfully.

  • To properly patrol all of the Police's Forces authority, you must first learn the areas of the city.

  • To be able to successfully use all equipment in the department's loadouts and vehicles.

  • Know how to use all of the Police Force's weapons, both lethal and non-lethal.

  • Correctly handle incidents while following all Police documentation and policies.

  • Respond appropriately to scenes while remaining extremely aware of your surroundings.

  • Recognize and respond appropriately to any scenario that arises.

  • Participate correctly in all scenes and settings, including difficult situations.

  • Attend training on a regular basis and incorporate any new material into patrols.

  • To advance in the department, use your intellectual abilities both on and off patrol.

  • Treat and respect all citizens, animals, and landscapes with respect at all times.

  • Set an example to ranks below yours at all times, and treat everyone with equal respect.
