# Jail Menu

We have 3 types of jails in **Foundation Roleplay.** These can be accessed by using /jailmenu while on duty.<br>

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Use the non-numbered cells for processing.**&#x20;
{% endhint %}

## Community Service (Comm. Serve)

This is for less severe charges like misdemeanors, unpaid fines, first offenders, etc.\
if the charge is less than 1 months and they plea guilty with fine. <br>

{% hint style="info" %}
average Comm. Serve = 20 tasks
{% endhint %}

## Mission Row Jail

this is for non severe charges of jail time like repeated offenses, failure to appear, illegal possessions, trafficking, etc. \
this is mainly used for small charges that wont take up a lot of time.

{% hint style="info" %}
The inmate can serve a **max** sentence in Mission Row cells up to **30 minutes.**
{% endhint %}

## Boilingbroke Penitentiary

This prison should be used for any sentence passed 30 minutes, as there is no max to criminals in the prison and have way more to do with their extensive times.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Always quickly process the suspect in holding at Mission Row, ensure the MDT is completed once the criminals is sent away to comm. serve/jail/or prison!**\
\
**if you take more than 15 minutes to process criminals, ensure you reduce the sentence time per minute you take past 15 minutes to ensure they are treated with dignity and fair judgement.**\
*ex:. if you take 17 minutes, take off 2 minutes from the sentence they serve.*
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
If any sentence leads to a bench trial, they **MUST** serve the wait time in Prison waiting for the judge to hear their case.&#x20;

\
*THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE.*
{% endhint %}
